• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once your return is approved and a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days. Returns sent after this window may be declined.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be free of any signs of wear. Returns showing makeup stains, deodorant marks, or strong fragrance will not be accepted.
• Sale items, custom orders, international orders and gift card purchase are final sale.
• All purchases made at pop-ups, markets, trunk shows, and in-person events are final sale.
• Accessories including handbags, hats, jewelry, scarves, and small goods are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refund to original payment method: $15 processing fee per item deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return. Once the return is received at our warehouse, all items will be inspected within 3 business days. If the items are returned as instructed, your refund will be processed either to your original payment method or in the form of an e-gift card.
Depending on your credit card company, this may take up to 1 billing statement for the refund to post to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and exchanged items must be shipped within 7 days once a return label is issued.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Exchange shipping and processing fees are waived for approved exchanges.
Exchanges are permitted one time only per order. Items exchanged once are final sale and not eligible for additional exchange or refund.
Accessories including handbags, hats, jewelry, scarves, and small goods remain final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
